unless you already own one other monitor to make for a 3x 1080p monitor setup, or at least plan to, i'd go lower the GPU to something like the 280X/770/760 if you're gaming with only 2 monitors. few games utilize a dual monitor setup properly, usually for micro-management purposes, and those that do aren't all that demanding GPU-wise. otherwise, all you'll be seeing are two big fat bezels in AC, BF, CoD, etc.
saves you a few dollars, but one other place you can save up on is the PSU. plenty of high quality 650W PSU for less than that Seasonic, great brand as it is. for example;
