my 1500k budget build

i'd stick with what you listed for the motherboard. any cheaper, and you're looking at less favorable brands like ECS. if you can spend a bit, there's always the Asrock Z97 Extreme3/4 or any of the other motherboards within that price range. more chokes = better power phase design = potentially better and stable OC over the 2+2 power design on the MSI PC Mate. otherwise, the latter should do ok for a small - medium OC.

unless you already own one other monitor to make for a 3x 1080p monitor setup, or at least plan to, i'd go lower the GPU to something like the 280X/770/760 if you're gaming with only 2 monitors. few games utilize a dual monitor setup properly, usually for micro-management purposes, and those that do aren't all that demanding GPU-wise. otherwise, all you'll be seeing are two big fat bezels in AC, BF, CoD, etc.

saves you a few dollars, but one other place you can save up on is the PSU. plenty of high quality 650W PSU for less than that Seasonic, great brand as it is. for example; http://pcpartpicker.com/part/rosewill-power-supply-hive650 , which is a tier 2 Brand; https://community.newegg.com/eggxpert/computer_hardware/f/135081/t/45344.aspx?Redirected=true

there's also these;

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-hcg750m

lastly there's the CPU/mobo, though i'm guessing you wanna stick with an overclocking build there.
