XFX Radeon R9 270X Double Dissipation 2GB vs. Sapphire Radeon R9 270X Boost OC 4GB.

Note i'm not to worried by the price difference, The XFX is $219 and the Sapphire is $239, but also know that the Sapphire is 4GB, does the XFX being better performance balance out on the Sapphire having more memory, for the future?

Thanks in advance

More VRAM can be helpful for high resolutions (2K, multi-monitor, etc). I don't think the 270X will ever use those 4GB on gaming, even at high res, but if you don't care about the price difference, go for the Sapphire one.

Note that these are prices from Australia, any computer part is more expensive here.

Ok. I think you will be fine with a 2GB R9 270X for the 1080p if you don't mind keeping at high settings. Is there alternatives other than XFX for 2GB models?
