Nope, both aren't compatable.
r9 270 is not crossfireable with any apu.
a8-3870K can only crossfire with 6670 series Radeon gpus.
That igpu in the a8 is old now, so crossfiring it wouldn't be a good performance incrase. The r9 270 alone is better than 6670 + APU combined.
