I have an Asus Radeon HD 6450 and I'm looking for a GPU cooler (any size, doesn't have to look the best) that will let me overclock the GPU to 2 to 3 times the power of the stock settings.
Well any aftermarket cooler you will find will cost more than the card itself. The cheapest and really only non passive option is to slap a 60-80mm case fan onto your passive cooler. It takes some creativity but its pretty much the only real option.
You arent going to...
Ocing a card may only gain a few FPS at most, and thats with high end cards. With an entry level/Low end card it wouldnt break double digits, let alone 2-3x power. My advice is save the 50 and put it to a new card.

I overclocked it some, got a 15FPS improvement in most games
