I have this circuit and i have Bread Boarded it, it seemed fine and now i have soldered it to a circuit board.
Now i tested voltage with multimeter before putting in Led's in and it reads ~8.30 volts, the Led's i have are 3.9 volts each.
I'm putting two sets of Led's in parallel. I have a total of 4 Led's and like i said they're 3.9 volts each. Is the voltage ok in the long run?
