so... i have an odd issue here - my pc is relatively stable, in that it can go for long, long gaming sessions with no issue, and is generally fine, but occasionally it randomly gets bsod and reboots and its usually fine for a day or two after that. it usually reboots at night when im asleep, or if i do some type of benchmark or windows experience index. memtest86+ sometimes turns up 0 errors (particularly immediately after removing all the sticks, blowing air into the slots and on the sticks at high velocity, then placing them back in) and sometimes has up to like 36 errors. i think i read somewhere that phenom II x4 processors are very particular about ram. any reccommendations here?

my setup
biostar A785G3 mobo with AMD 785G Crossfire Chipset
AMD Phenom II X4 945 Quad-Core (happens regardless of clockspeed, though seems to be more often at higher speeds)
8 GB OCZ Gold 1333MHz DDR3 Memory (4x2GB Modules)

and NVIDIA GeForce HD N250 GTS TWINFROZR1G OC 1GB 256-bit GDDR3 2300MHz

if that matters

I use an phenom II 955 with the cheapest crappy A-DATA 1333Mhz RAM and never had any problems but I am using only 2x2GB and haven't tried it extensively with 4x2GB. I have a suspicion that your RAM maybe defective. You should have it tested somewhere else.
