Unable to connect laptop to internet using D-Link DHP-P338AV Powerline adapter

I'm using Powerline for networking in my house. In an upstairs room I have a D-Link DHP-P338AV 3 port passthrough adapter. I have my PS3 connected to it which can access the internet and a laptop connected which is unable to access the internet. Does anyone have any suggestions?
