Yes and No, some games are more CPU demanding than others, the GTX 760 should run fine with that i5 which is fine for gaming at 1080p , if you sacrifice AA and some ultra settings, that system will probably last 2 years tops. After that you are going to be lowering quality a bit.

Because I only paid 250 for my 4770k and 80 bucks for the mobo I freaking love Microcenter the deals can be amazing.

That CPU will not bottleneck a gtx 760. Not even in watch dogs. I run an i7 and 16Gbs of ram because occasionally my system does more than play video games and having the extra 4 threads from hypthreading makes it go faster.
