Title says it all. I want a quiet build but since I am spending 3000 dollars on this build I don't want to sacrifice any performance. I need to know if the performance is so much better in the High Performance fans that I should sacrifice a gain in noise for it.

Thanks,

I suggest you go with Noctua fans instead, they are of great quality, super quiet and has a moderate-high airflow.

What will the fans be used for?

I will consider it. What are some quiet / high performance high static pressure fans?

They will be used to push air through a 480 millimeter radiator.

For a Radiator, Corsair SP120 (Only high performance editions) or cougar makes some VERY quiet good static pressure fans.

Unfortunately the best, by far, radiator fans, Gentle Typhoons, are not made anymore.

Hmmm, why are Gentle Typhoons the best? And are there any used on amazon / eBay?

You can get them on amazon for like $35 each new but they are not the fast ones.

Simply put,. they are the best static pressure fan. They make very little to no noise due to an interesting fan design and push a TON of air. They are not available in PWM, so you must use voltage control, but it is worth it as nothing can touch them when it comes to noise/ performance for radiator fans.

They are VERY hard to get in America. I own one and it is by far the best fan I have ever seen.
