Hey I have the H81M-A motherboard and it only has 2 SATA III ports on the motherboard. I want to install a Blu Ray drive and its SATA compatible but what do I do If I already have both SATA ports being used?

If your motherboard is the H81M-A it has a total of 4 sata ports. 2 sata II and 2 sata III ports. a Blu-Ray drive should be good on the sata II ports. IF all your ports are full, then you'll have to get a sata add in card.
