Hi All,
I have 500GB and 1TB hard-disk installed in my machine, both are internal. 500GB is about 3 years old and 1Tb is 1 year old. I have windows 7 installed in 500GB hard-disk. From last 2 days, my machine is not booting. It gives error message "Reboot and Select proper device or insert Boot media is selected Boot device and press a key." I am facing this error 9 out of 10 times. I tightened the cable, and tried again. After some try, it managed to boot. Then I format my C drive and install windows 7 again. Total installation time took 3 hrs. Then it takes almost 15 minutes to load windows 7, and it is damn slow. Like I am using windows 7 on 256MB Ram. Also, very often it shows me old boot failure message and sometimes it manage to boot. BIOS some times detected 500GB, some times not, but always detect my 1TB. Please suggest what to do ?
My Specification is,
AMD Phenom 4 II X4 840
MSI mother-board
2X4GB ram of Corsair.
500GB and 1TB hard-disk from Seagate.
