Hello everyone,
I just recently built a new PC with the following parts
Motherboard: M5A78L-M/USB3
Processor: AMD FX 8350
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series Memory Model 16GBF3-2133C9D-16GXH
Graphics Card: xfx r9 290 double dissipation
Power Supply: Rosewill Capstone 750W
HDD: Toshiba 3TB
SSD: Samsung Evo 120GB (Windows 7 installed)

Right from the start I began to receive Blue Screens, so I researched a bit about what causes them and found out that it might be hardware related and in some cases driver related, I first updated all drivers which did not help, I then proceeded to run tests on the ram with no errors, I have also already tried swapping out all the parts to see if I had received a faulty product(excluding Processor, HDD, and SSD) , but that did not work. This BSOD hits when ever I am doing anything, whether I'm playing a game or surfing the web, even when in idle. I have had some friends help me try to figure out what's wrong, but they too are at a loss. so I have decided to reach out to the community to help me solve this problem.

This some information that windows provided on the problem

so I looked into the event log and after several restarts it always ends up saying the following

Event ID 20 - WHEA-Logger
A fatal hardware error has occurred.
Component: AMD Northbridge
Error Source: Machine Check Exception
Error Type: HyperTransport Watchdog Timeout Error
Processor ID: 0

Does this mean the bsod has something to do with the processor?
