Solution
I think your current PSU will run it fine, but i'm unfamiliar with the brand , Circle/Raw Power. So would certainly look into replacing it when you have the money, to be cautious. Unless you know the brand better than i do & it's not too bad.

GTX 660 System Wattage with GPU in FULL Stress = 238W/20Amps

Corsair VS 550W / CX 500W or Seasonic ECO 500W would be the minimum you'd wan't to look at.

if you have the budget after selling the 550Ti, look at Seasonics M/S12II or SG12 series of PSU's.

GTX 660 requires 24 Amps on the 12v rail & a 450W PSU minimum

From what i could find, it has 28 Amps on the 12v rail, so it is enough, albeit cutting it a little close. And it has the supplementary 1x PCIE power connector the 660 needs. As long as your system in minimal i.e 1x HDD 1xDVD etc.. it should work, just don't do any overclocking or running stress test programs. If you wanted, you could replace it for peace of mind. In which case, tell us your budget ?
