What would be a good custom PC for under 700$? (that's better than the one I currently use)

Hello, I am thinking of getting a custom computer, but for under 700$. I would also like for the specs of this one to be better than the one I currently have.
my stuff
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit (6.1, build 7601)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.3GHz
Memory: 4gb RAM
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 545
Any suggestions?

m5a97 r2.0 + fx 6300 +2*4gb 1600mhz ram + gtx660 , maybe a new power supply

This second build is the one I suggest. The 760 will definitely beat the the 750 Ti by leaps and bounds. And the i3 is actually a very good CPU for its price. If you have any question please ask :)
