PC specs: Intel core i3-2120 3,30 Ghz, 500 watt PSU Not gaming, Asus nVidia GT 640 2GB DDR3, intel motherboard i don't remember the model. Well im running the cracked version so i can play only the campaign and im getting 30-45 fps on ultra High med settings (1360x768) And the temperatures are: CPU: 55-60, GPU 60-65, motherboard: 43. I want to buy the game for multiplayer but i am afraid that i will have problems with temperatures. can you give me an advise?

Oh boy...it's a buggy game, really, make sure to apply all the patches before you play.
Firstly ensure, you have proper cooling system for the processor and the GPU. Although the temperatures you have posted seem okay for the settings used.
Play the game and monitor if the temperature of the GPU fluctuates. If it exceeds the max temp, tweak the settings of the game accordingly till it recedes.
You have a GT 640 which is a bit below the average requirement so I would really suggest you to lower the game settings so as not to stress your GPU and risk overheating. And you would be playing multiplayer, that means long hours of gaming so sacrificing a few graphical whatnots will be worth it.

Oh Thank you so much, you make me really happy!! So if i change the settings from ultra High to med and only textures on High, it would be better? thanks again! Oh and the cpu cooler is good enough, i mean the temperatures are stable when i am playing this game. thanks thanks thanks!!!
