what are the setting are you looking to play at?

also the fx8320 is the same cpu just performs better in temp with stock heatsink and its alot cheaper

well i would say get the FX8320 instead of the FX8350 and get a msi GTX 760 twinfrozr and you'll be looking at ultra on mostgames with no AA filter at 1080p

well 16GB is good it depends if you are wanting to run page file/swap file but most of the time i never use more than 8.5gb of ram on my computer and i play ultra on every game with No AA at 1080p
