Problem with Sapphire Radeon R9 270X

I have a problem with my graphic card. When I'm playing games or simply watchng videos on YouTube i have next message "graphics card driver stopped responding and has been restored". Help please, I have tried so much drivers.

System:

Windows 7 MAX 64-bit
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2550K CPU @ 3.40 GHz
8 GB operating memory

Try Reinstalling drivers you cant find official downloads for if possible, if not you can try updating your bios if its a diy pc, if it still doesnt work i would go to the company themselves and ask them for help, if they are unwilling, i suppose last resort options could be restoring windows to a point where it worked or hiring a specialist.

Go to control panel, programs, click on 'AMD CATALYST INSTALL MANAGER', click change at the top, and click 'EXPRESS UNINSTALL ALL AMD SOFTWARE'. After that reboot and download the WHQL drivers from AMD's website and install.

I will try. I had called to Service Center minute ago. They answered: Defect isn't approved.
