Hi I just build my first gaming pc and I'm look at the temperature in the bios and the CPU temperature is +109.4f/+43.0c I have a amd fx 4130 and the motherboard temperature is +98.6f/+37.0c and the motherboard is Asus m5a97 le r2.0 are these temperature normal or bad

Solution
43C is a bit on the hot side for being in an air conditioned room

Blow out your case - especially fans, filters or coolers to get them working better.

So your worried about your processor running just +6 degrees C over the motherboard? Really? Good god man, think! :)

If this is under load, then I would call it good. The recommended thermal max of any FX processors is 61 degrees C. Best thing to do is pull up your temp monitors, run a load on it (prime 95 etc) and watch your temps. If they're 45C max, then you're fine. If they're hitting 61C or higher, you have a problem.
