Questions regarding my GPU

Hi guys,

Sorry if I'm really ignorant but how can I tell that my GPU is fully functional?

What I found on GPU-Z is that my max load is only 4% after gaming.(BF3, WatchDogs and DotA2)

I've restarted my system and now I'm just browsing and watching a bunch of movies. I checked my temps again and it reads 3% max and 1% average.

Do I have some sort of bottleneck issue with my A6-5400k CPU and R7 260x GPU?
Everything seems to be working properly, according to device manager.

Also is there any software that can tell me the full/specific name of my card and not state "AMD RADEON R7 200 Series"?

Is there any free stress test software out there that isn't really time consuming? Because I'm using this same unit for work, and I work for 9 hours.

Thanks.

It's normal.
The 4% is after gaming right? As long as you're on desktop it's fine.
But if you have 4% WHILE gaming then it's a problem

Web browsing and watching movies are not heavy work for any modern GPUs, so 4% or so usage is very normal (my GPU uses 2% when watching movies).
And if GPU-Z cannot say the specific model for your card that's normal because usually cards with the same series use almost identical GPU but with small tweaks.
And you better don't stress your GPU for 9 hours.
