I assume you have checked the compatibility with each other of your list(processor, motherboard).
I would recommend the PSU of 550 Watts - Corsair VS 550 check this out.
For graphics card I would suggest to go with ASUS graphics card- ASUS AMD/ATI R7 240 2gb DDR3 , Asus NVIDIA GTX650-E-2GD5 2 GB GDDR5, Asus NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 4 GB DDR3.

one comment- Buy cabinet of cooler master and PSU of Corsair.
All the best!

You can use a tool called pcpartpicker.com to check for incompatibilities. Give me a minute and ill post a link to your build. I do have one suggestion, buy two 4 GB sticks instead of an 8. Theoreticaly they should work better.

A bit unbalanced, you might consider putting a little more into the GPU and less into the CPU, FX8320 would be a good compromise.

Memory should be a kit with two sticks if you are using DDR3 1600, a CAS of 9 should be available for about the same price.

I don't recommend such a small powersupply or that brand.

Heatsink is a decent choice.

R9-270X would probably fit your budget if you went with an 8320.
