Hi guys, I'm not entirely sure this is the correct place to post this, so please let me know if it's not.

I'm in the process of helping the company I work for upgrade its workstations, network and storage and we seem to have hit a bump in our collective knowledge and varying available options seem to confuse more so than help.

In short, we're a small but expanding Video Editing company and we're wanting to set up a network/storage solution which will allow us to simultaneously stream 50-100Mbs quality HD video to multiple workstations (preferably 10+ to allow for later expansion) with an absolute minimum required capacity of 6Tb. Currently there is no set budget, as if a solution was deemed much more suitable than others but was more expensive, we could probably up how much we would pay, but a rough estimate would be £4,000 ($6,800).

From my research, it's hard to tell exactly what I need and many/most of the solutions bundle the storage and network elements together (hence why I'm posting this here) so I'm hoping someone here could suggest a suitable suggestion, help me understand what I should be looking for or even just point me in the right direction! Thanks in advance.

Is this storage option going to be where you store your video as well like a server type deal or is the video there not a big deal?

And if you looking to be streaming that kind of video to 10+ workstation you will want to make sure that what ever we get has dual NIC's and can do Nic Teaming (Where it combines the two Nic cards into 1) So if it has two 1Gbps Nic cards it will give you 2Gbps though put that or get a 10G Nic Card and connect it to a 10G port on a Switch with has it. It all depends on if you are looking for an actual server or more of a NAS solution.

The storage is going to be where the video will be stored and accessed from within our own office. We need a solution that will basically allow all editors to be accessing and streaming video from the storage simultaneously, so I'm guessing we're looking for more of a NAS solution or something similar.
