I have no sound through my head jacks, i have no IDT in my device manager, and i cant find were to install it.

When i use a usb headset, i have sound, but my jacks dont work. also if i go into my playback device, all of them say "amd high definition not plugged in""

Many forums told me to install idt audio codec, but i can find were to install it for my computer. I have a amd windows 7 custom built computer, please help :)

There is a plug that runs from the upper inside of your case (it is ultimately the back end of the your headphone jack). Just find it and plug it into whichever of these two jacks it fits on. It will only fit one of them.

if this is already plugged in, you need to make sure you've downloaded the REALTEk driver i provided a link to above.
In windows, open "realtek control panel". Realtek is in the realtek folder in program files. Opened the audio manager software. once there youll see a small folder icon in the top left corner just underneath "device advanced settings" click that and it gives the disable front panel detection option

just download and install the driver. It will in turn, install Realtek software. Open the software by accessing your C: drive, entering the PROGRAM FILES folder, then entering the Realtek folder. Open the realtek software. In the software, go to Divice Advanced Settings. There, you can enable front panel detection.

nope. BUT it does show up as "plugged in" on my sound thing, so thats good. it shows sound is playing and everything when i click on the mic symbol at the bottom, but nothing is coming out :( iv tried with several headsets and earbuds but nothing do far
