Will kingston ram go to asus m5a97 le 2.0?

1 quick question will this ram http://www.kingston.com/en/hyperx/memory/fury go with this mobo http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A97_R20/overview/ ? Cpu is amd fx 6300 ty

Yes, the RAM is 1866mhz and the motherboard supports up to 1866mhz.

Ty I was reading on both sides like that chipset of mobo is AMD 970/SB950 and ram is comp with A75, A87, A88, A89, A78 and E35 AMD chipsets. Does that matter?

I believe it depends on the make, and not just model. You can look at the specs of any given motherboard, and if it says 1866mhz, then you'll know it's good for that ram. If the mobo only supports 1600mhz, your suggested ram will still work; it'll just be underclocked to the lower mhz. And if a motherboard supports higher than 1866mhz, 1866mhz will still work.
