Experiencing a frustrating issue, my NIC is not functioning properly. I can download at near gigabit bandwidth speeds but my uploads never go over 100KBs. Any help or experience with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
My troubleshooting steps include having uninstalled, rebooting, and then re-installing latest drivers. (multiple times haha)
Updated to the latest BIOS.
I then found a few threads about MSI killer motherboards talking about installing standalone drivers to fix the issue.
I followed the below guide but the problem still persists.

My conclusion is there is a hardware issue, however im not sure if it is worth RMAing the board. Do you guys think any other issues might pop up on the motherboad if i just buy a new NIC? will that fix the issue?
