Can Asus M5A78L-M handle 8320 if overclocked?

My first idea was the gigabyte ud3p and the asus m5a78l-m was cheaper so i was just wondering if it can handle the 8320.

Solution

The gigabyte ud3p will do a much better job at OCing than the ASUS. Here's something for reference: http://www.overclock.net/t/946407/amd-motherboards-vrm-info-database
