Hey i know almost every thread i post is about PC specs but i have another question and 750$ to my name. First of all (don't be scared) i don't intend to do any overclocking or custom cooling with this build and intend to just use the stock cooler and the two 120 mm stock case fans.
THAT BEING SAID i'm picking out a rather low end CPU and i have 80 bucks to either put in an SSD, 16 gigabytes of ram, or a better graphics card or basically anything. If i had some money left over i'd buy some steam games. Here's my build
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/WpXWzy (you have to copy and paste it into the search bar sorry for the inconvenience such a pity. Please excuse my sarcasm. )

I don't think a FX-6300 could run anything over a GTX 660 (other than the 750) without getting bottle-necked.
Back to the point i have about 90-100 bucks extra i could put in my pocket or make this build better.

P.S. If this could help you help me i plan on playing ArmA2 operation arrowhead and maybe some mods on single player and multi-player. ArmA 3, Rome Total War 2 and Napoleon Total War and mainly fps and strategy games. (I cant believe i spelled that right.

ok. Looks good. Couple of changes.

1. GPU
For the money, getting the r9 270 is a way better choice than the gtx 660.

Another thing you could do with the extra money is get the r9 280, which will really make your experience better. The fx-6300 will only start to bottleneck a 280x or higher. The 280 should be fine.
2. Save some coin and get 4gb of RAM. Games are only 32bit programs, and therefore can only use 4gb of RAM.
3. The mobo you have is decent. The 760G chipset is garbage. Upgrade it to at least a 970 chip.

I suggest an R9 270. A bit cheaper, pretty much on par with a GTX 660. Sometimes a bit better.
Better motherboard.
Higher quality PSU.

That's $30 more, so you have $50 left over. You could splurge on a fancier case if you want. Or invest in an aftermarket cooler because the AMD bundled ones are not the quietest. I have an FX 8350 and my EVO 212 is one of the best things I bought, just because of the noise.

If you can throw $770 at this build, this intel build would work well for you:

Otherwise I would go with garl6's build, you could fit a SSD into his and be around $750. For SSDs the 120gb Crucial MX100 or the 120gb Samsung EVO are good choices for around $75

Thanks for all the feedback but i've been looking around the internet and i have seen a lot of games may perform for a graphics card even if it is cheaper and that nvidia and Intel is better quality. Plus everyone hates on 600 watt corsair yet its one of the most and best reviewed on Pcpartpicker can someone explain that to me.

Also just a little reminder i am running a minecraft server and i was hoping for at least 6 gigabytes dedicated to that server because it tends to fill up past 7 and 10 people and i saw a benchmark saying that 6 gigabytes should hold that many people. (Also a minecraft world is pretty freaking huge.
