Hey guys.

So my internet doesn't work, and I've tried a lot of things in cmd prompt with my internet provider assistants.
Nothing did work.

So they said that I should reinstall my mobo's drivers.
Could you please tell me how to do that, in steps? Or maybe you've got a good tutorial out there?
I am a complete newb, and I don't want to do something bad, so I ask your help.

This is my mobo : Gigabyte GA-B75M-D2V, Socket 1155, Chipset B75, 1x PCI-E x16 3.0, 1x SATA3, Micro ATX
Also, when the driver is uninstalled, is there something I should expect, like the image to look kinda rusty or something? So I don't panic :D

Thank you in advance.

There is no such thing as one motherboard driver. The motherboard has different components on it, chipset, network, expansion etc etc. which has different drivers. You should try reinstalling the network driver.

This is the drivers page of the motherboard: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4402#dl
Download the network driver(LAN) according to your operating system.

To reinstall the driver. Go into device manager(start > search device manager) and open up the 'network adapter' tab, right click on the driver and uninstall it. Then install the downloaded driver.
