1 core out of 6

Hello.

I recently replaced my dual-core with a FX-6300 and I've had problems with it. For example: it uses only 1 core out of 6 for some applications (games) or runs the game faster than it should (3x faster).

The last one can be fixed with a reboot, but the first one takes about 6 - 9 reboots to fix for once.

Any help please.

I am using the ASRock 970 Pro 3 R2.0, and there are no BIOS updates according to the BIOS itself (internet flash or whatever).

Will check the CPU soon, when I install the new cooling for it.
I have tried resetting the bios via clearing the CMOS and resetting it to default in the bios itself, that did not help.

Yep, I checked the pins: all fine. And reinserted the CPU and checked if it was fully inserted.
All was fine, but after turning on the PC for the 3rd time (restart, updates), the problem struck again.

Well, as it came out yesterday (or today in some places), I had no idea it had been released.
I'll check how the processor will perform in the upcoming days.

After having the computer run for about 8 hours straight, I thought all was fine.
Then turned off PC and went to sleep.
In the morning, turned on the PC and ran CS:GO: Surprise surprise, the problem is not gone.

Edit: I reinstalled the Windows, the problem is still there. I'm guessing it's either the MOBO's fault or the CPU is faulty.
I did CMOS clean the MOBO, but that did not help it.
