I having the same problem and it will not even Boot Getting the same error code and so Im trying to reinstall windows 8 and there is no media partitions at all ....it does give me the option to load a media drive, but not sure what to load also in the command prompt its coming up that there is nothing on the drives impossible and I have tried everything I could on these sites my computer was working fine now its not. Please any advice how to fix this issue..

are you booting from CD ROM only via bios? In bios, make CDROM primary boot partition to access your CD
