This already looks like a really good build, but you might want to consider changing some things.

If you're not overclocking (assuming not since non-k processor), then I'd go for an i5 4570 instead of the 4670. There will be practically no difference in performance in benchmarks and you won't be able to notice any real-world difference.
You might also want to get a Z97 Pro4 motherboard instead of the Extreme4 if you're not bothered about SLI in the future.
If you don't mind getting a vengeance kit with a black heatspreader instead of blue, you could get an 1866Mhz kit for a few extra dollars. I wouldn't get the blue 1866 kit though, the price difference isn't really justified there.
