should I overclock fx 8350 black edition with my iball 500w smps?

I have an iball 500w smps(local indian company) .I currently do not have a budget for a corsair or cooler master psu since i spent all my money on fx 8350 and asus m5a97.So can i overclock fx 8350 with my current smps?

Even if i can't overclock is it safe to have this local made psu with fx 8350 and gtx 650ti.
my specs:
amd fx 8350 black edition
asus m5a97 r2.0
geforce gtx 650ti 2 gb
8 gb ram
500 gb seagate hard disk

Do you have a good CPU cooler to handle the temps of an overclocked 8350?

So I understand that you are using the stock cooler that came with the FX 8350. I wouldn't recommend to try any overclock unless you buy a good aftermarket cooler for that processor.

Well, the PSU has a peak power output of 500 watts, but the sustained power output could be of about 400-ish watts or even less
The 8350 requires 125watts and the 650ti 110 watts, but in stress both of those can peak up to more, even more if you overclock the processor. I researched a little and that PSU isn't even safe to use for the GTX650ti.
