Hi guys,
I have a computer I have made. It has a 2.7GHZ Intel Celeron, 4GB RAM, 500GB WD Blue HDD, ASRock Mobo, Lite On DVD RW Writer, Windows 7, Speakers, Keyboard, Mouse, and a Monitor. It cost $578.93 to build. I want to sell it for $766.67. Is this a reasonable price?
Many thanks,
AKNerd

Give us the full specs, so what keyboard, what mouse, what case, what mobo, etc

But, no, you definitely won't be able to sell it for $200 more than you built it for. When did you build it? If it was recently, you might be able to get a little more money than you spent on it, but nothing major.

Value is in the eyes of the beholder. But here is food for thought.
A quick check on the Dell website I can get this for $749.
3ghz Pentium dual core processor, 4 gig DDR3, 1TB hard drive, CD/DVD, 23" monitor, HD audio, wireless key board and mouse, bluetooth, and media card reader. Can add bluetooth wireless speakers for $49.

$350 is what I would value for a home built system like you have listed. But then, like I said, value is in the eye of the beholder.

The mobo is an ASROCK H51M-VG3 Socket 1155. The case 8is a Zalman T4 Mini M-Atx. The keyboard and mouse are both generic Microsoft ones. The speakers are Logitech Z120, the OS is Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit. The Monitor is a Dell 19" 1280x1024. Considering it cost $579.15 to build it I want to make a reasonable profit.

Looking around on my local canadian craigslist, I can find a used HP 2008 computer, Athlon X2 5400 2.8ghz dual core, 4gb ram, 500gb hdd, geforce 6150 se graphics (integrated I guess), (probably not so good) HP motherboard and case DVD drive + keyboard and mouse + 15" lcd square monitor for $130 CDN. What I can find for $700CDN, is a i7 3770k, 8GB ram, Asrock Z77 pro3 motherboard, GTX 750ti 2gb, Seagate Barracuda 1tb 7200 Hdd, wifi card, Asus DVD reader, 700w psu, Rosewill armor evo case, 6 fans+ keyboard and mouse+ 24" 1080p 2ms gaming monitor. :p
You may find different results on your own craigslist, but as far as I can see, I don't see it selling at your price range you are looking at. You can always list it higher than $766, and test the market. Someone may buy it.

EDIT: The second pc is custom built

The thing is so, I want to make a good profit and manufacturers don't buy parts off amazon.com like I do, they have people working for them who make them cheaply.

Sorry! I am from the UK so I am trying to convert pounds to dollars. It cost £339.02 to build (which is $579.02) and then I charge £449.99 for it ($766.75). This then gives me a profit of £109 ($186.16). So while it may seem I'm selling it for $200 more than it cost to build it it is actually not in the UK.

Oh you're in UK. Checking your craigslist, it seems like very little people list computers. The prices of computers are quite high there I guess. And I thought Canadian prices sucked.
I would try to rival similar major brand configs. The advantage that major brands have over you is the reliability, (easy, hastle-free)warranty that anyone can use (I'm guessing that high-tech people know how to build their own instead of buying already made) and guarantee (Dell or HP will always be there (to hate, to love, to complain to)).
