Graphics card help

I am building a gaming computer and i am willing to spend up to 400$ on a gpu but i have no idea which ones are the best. Some suggestions would be great

Change your PSU to an XFX unit with more wattage. Better quality.

RAM is stupid overpriced. Change to cheaper RAM. It is all the same stuff from one factor anyway.

Can't overclock on that board. Change to a z97 board and an i5 4690k.

I would put my bet on the Radeon r9 290 Tri-X OC.

Fits the bill perfectly, and with 4gb VRAM, and high oc-ability, you could hardly go wrong with a card like this.

EDIT: Just noticed your 450w PSU. Upgrade that power supply before going for a $400 card >.>
