Hello everyone.
I have an AMD version of laptop equivalent to intel core i3,a Radeon hd 6310 graphic card,4 gb RAM and 64-bit version of windows 8.
But even then,Games like Battlefield 4,Assasins creed 4 black flag and watch dogs etc won't run smoothly, they run very slowly and lag alot,I don't know why.
Can anyone please tell me why is this and how can I solve this?
I will be very thankful.

More about : run games smoothly good

Yeah sorry, the laptops graphics card and ram are quite good, but unfortunately the apu is pulling it down, I'm not sure what to do about that because I'ts pretty hard to replace a laptop processor, my recommendation is stay with it for a bit and find some other less demanding games you may enjoy

Yours sincerely, Dan

ThankYou for help bro,I was already thinking of replacing it.
Um,by the way,Can You to tell me how to overclock? (when CPU usage in task manager goes to 90 or 100%)?

The E-300 is an extremely low power CPU meant for web browsing and light office tasks only, it's not fast enough to run any modern games aside from the odd indie game. Your CPU is soldered into the mainboard so you can't upgrade it, all you can do is buy a new laptop with considerably better specs, or build a more capable desktop system if you don't really need the mobility.

I've had a loot over the web and theirs no real way of doing it, I overclock my desktop using the bios and the cpu multiplier, but laptops have locked down bios', you might be able to push it up a little with SetFSB but I doubt you would really see any difference

*Some misinformation here:

1) The APU is a combined CPU and GPU.

2) The GPU is the HD6310 so you can't say the "HD6310" is fine but the APU isn't since the HD6310 GPU is part of the APU.

3) The HD6310 also is not "fine" in terms of modern gaming.

It's all academic as it's not upgradable. Basically it's a budget system not really meant for demanding games.

*If you want to play any games at all, you need to be looking at ones that are NOT very demanding. You can try a Torchlights Demo to get a rough estimate as that's one of my least demanding games but I'd be surprised if it ran very well.

For example, the HD6450 is a $30 graphics card and has DOUBLE the shader units that the HD6310 has.
