Hi i was just wondering are this temperature readings i have way to high or are they normal

my M/B is at 43 celsius
and my CPU is at 55 celsuis when idle, M/B stay the same at full load but CPU goes to about 80 and stay there.

I am using AMD FX 8320 (hasent been clocked)
and M/B is Asrock 990fx Extream 3
cooler for cpu is Thermal Take contac 30
and i have 3 other coolers on my cases.

that temp does look a bit to high, but the fact that that the MD temp remains the same when the CPU one skyrocks suggests that the problem is either with your CPU cooler or your CPU thermal paste

Im not sure for a AMD but considering my setup during idle I am never over 38c Celsius and ave is 44-52 while gaming.

I don't think there would be a big difference in brands but that does sound a bit high.

Now considering i have a h100i this could be a reason but typically you dont want temp rising over 70 Celsius

the cooler is new and it should be stronger then the stock one, at least that is what the internet said, is it posible that the thermal paste needs time to get sort of settled, or maybe the problem lies somewhere else. is it posible that my CPU is showing wrong readings? Coz in BIOS this temperatures are much higher then when running Speedfan and Asrock Extream Tuning

With the temperature of the CPU the paste literally take second to heat and settle. So i don't that that could be a issue, you have made sure that the fan is running constantly I assume?

This should not be the case as stock should be fine but you can possibly increase the fan speed in the bios or using speedfan.
I would trust the BIOS reads more than a aftermarket program. Thought a bit odd that the ASRocks software would be saying much difference. Is it a drastic change in the temp readings?

BIOS says that CPU temp is around 75 and it gets to there really fast. I am 100% sure that Fan is installed corectly, and it should have enough power to keep the cpu cool and it work all the time from 1997 - 2000 RPM with 2000 beeing its max
