damaged micro sd card formatting

my samsung micro sd card 16gb shows that its damaged and needs to be formatted so i tried to format it im my phone Gionee but it didnt work. even when i tried it with my pc it says that there's no disk in the drive.can u please tell me how to fix it

that right, you have warranty period then you can get a replacement or you have to buy a new one.thanks
