I am building an HTPC/Gaming to replace my cable subscription. The sole purpose is to watch movies, stream TV shows and do some lite gaming. I really enjoy COD, Racing Games and Battlefield has intrigued me. I want to be able to play games with a great visual quality. PS4 and higher. I am going to connect the PC to a Samsung 1080p 56" TV and need to know what graphics card would be best. I am not looking to upgrade to 4k for many year. Sadly, I cannot afford it right now but in due time :)

Here are my current products that I have bought:

Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-Z97MX-GAMING 5
CPU - Intel i5-4690k
Power Supply - Corsair CX750M
SSD - PNY Optima 240GB
Memory - G.Skill Ripjaw X Series 16GB 1866 RAM
Hard Drive - Seagate Hybrid Drive DT2000DX001 2TB
Keyboard - Logitech K400
Blu Ray Drive - LG Blu Ray Drive UH12NS30
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

I need to purchase:
PS4/XBOX One Controller
USB Adapter

Any thoughts?

750 watts is a lot unless you plan to Xfire/SLI but with HTPC I doubt so, so I'd recommend a 550~600 watts PSU from a better Corsair series or another brand like Antec, EVGA, Seasonic or XFX.
For 1080p gaming I recommend GTX 770 or better, AMD R9 280 or better. (Asus, MSI, EVGA)
