Power supply:Nzxt hale v2 700w fully modular
Case: Phantom Nzxt 410
HDD's: 1 tb, 150 gb (OS)
Teclado Microsoft sidewinder x4, mouse chino
Headaset logitech g430
I play saints row at full hd 1920x1080 and it detects on low but the fps start at 90 and then they decrease at 30 huge drop of frames and i use the latest drivers and direct 11
What can i do?

That game while hilariously fun, has bad optimization. You can play with good fps by the first hour but then your fps begin to drop :c
I used to play it with medium-high @720p with average 30 fps on a A10-5800k system but massive fps drop in some instances.
