Motherboard prolem possibly?

I recently purchased a new processor i went from the amd 1100t to a new amd 6350 because i lost 2 cores on my 1100t. When i installed my new processor my computer wont even boot up my graphics card powers on for about 10 seconds or so then the fans turn off. I thought it was a power supply problem because it made a bad sound when i turn it on so i ordered a new power supply. Still doing the same thing do you think my motherboard is going bad?

completely black. :/ may just buy a new motherboard thinking that it is bad. hoping its not my graphics card just purchased that its a new r9 270x..

Also my fans and everything turn on but they do not seem to be completely turning on they just seem to be at about half power. or so,

Your motherboard isn't compatible with the AMD fx 6350 because your motherboard socket I think is AM2+ and the FX 6350 needs an AM3+ socket
