Which PC listed is better for gaming and later on upgrading? Which build is gonna be easily upgradable? Is intel hd 4000 good?

In my case I would go with the 2nd option, the one with the LGA 1155 motherboard, it has a better CPU wich could last you 2 o 3 years, you would only need to upgrade in the future your video card, and while you do so, you can do some modest gaming with the intel hd 4000 graphics.
