Help Low fps asus 7770 minecraft and other games!!

Is it bottle necking? Because on minecraft I get 20-60 fps and on multiplayer I get about 15-40 fps

V-syn is disabled and yes I have optifine I tried everything, my drivers are all up to date. I have 4gb ram and an M4a78e asus mother boar. When I checked my cpu usage it was at 50-70% usage while playing minecraft.. while playing bf3 on med I get abount 22-50 fps I should be getting more is my cpu bottle necking? Please help! <3 Would the AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core be a good upgrade and would it fit in my mother board? Which is an asus M4A78E EDIT: MY PSU IS 650 WATT, MINECRAFT IS SET TO UNLIMITED FPS, MY GPU USAGE IS AT 0-5% USAGE WHILE PLAYING MINECRAFT HELPPP!!!! I tried everything my graphic is set to unlimited on minecraft please help!!!

Get rid of all that crap and post your build.

Download HWInfo and run Sesnsors. Post the results - usually 3 screenshots in TinyPic or similar.

LOL your begging is amusing

Minecraft is a very CPU bound game so your low clocked CPU might be contributing to the problem
Also there are mods to minecraft that can improve performance and offload more to the GPU
I think one of them is called optifine

That's a little higher than it should be but I don't think it will throttle at that point

I don't know what to tell you. But those framerates are not that good
for BF3 either. I suspect a CPU limitation

Try Unigine valley. It will bench your GPU fairly CPU independently
