Please don't get either of those, you will run into issues with the vrms holding back the processor and causing the processor to go down to 1.5 ghz. The d3p is flaky and the msi is flaky but also has poor power delivery that would even throttle down a 95w chip. Please just spend 5 or 10 more $ and buy the UD3P
