Hi, Will an AC 230V be able to power a Sapphire Radeon R7 265 or any other better option budget card under or £100, thanks. p.s can u get back ASAP thanks!

AC 230V is a plug socket. All PSU convert Alternating Current (AC) to Direct Current.

A standard plug socket will indeed attach to a computer PSU which, if it's of sufficient wattage (I'd say 450w+ for that GPU) will happily power your system.
