250X or 265 depending on your budget. You should also get another 4 GB ram.

I was originally looking at a Radeon 7850 I believe it was but I was told by the sales person that it would bottleneck really bad in my machine and I would be better off just using the onboard 4200. Do you think I would run into the same problem with the 250x or the 260?

I't will be a good upgrade, until you decide to upgrade the CPU though, it will bottleneck. A sggested upgrade would be a FX 6300.

Thanks I went with the R7 250x and it works perfect. Windows experience went from 4.2 to 6.9. I even rolled the dice and went with the powercolor brand for $59.99...lol
