Is this the only condition (installer) that triggers the failure? What anti-virus and anti-malware apps are you using? Have you scanned your system completely with each?
Yea, just very rarely it would randomly happen.
I have Webroot Secure Anywhere. Ill do a scan right now.
Ok so I did the scan, And it didnt find anything.

So the system freezes and possibly crashes during that 5-20 minutes and then is okay afterward (assuming no crash)? So what happens is this; I restart the computer and it boots fine.. But then, it either freezes and after it freezes crashes (With the DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION Thing). And then it doesnt do that after at the minimum that happening twice.

Have you seen this?

The error seems to be driver related.
I would recommend getting and installing the latest Nvidia drivers for sure. If installed, get a new download and re-install them.

What make/model of motherboard are you using? Is its BIOS up to date?
What make/model of power supply are you using?
Also, have you tested your memory (with a tool like memtest, see below)?
Are you attempting to overclock anything (CPU, GPU, memory)?
http://www.memtest.org/#downiso (Download ISO. Burn to CD. Boot from CD and run tests)
