Good Motherboard for $800 Build?

Solution
well a fatality killer z97 can overclock great, is cheap and stylish. a 128gb ssd is best sorry but after installing two games and windows a 60gb will fill up the samsung 128gb ssd is only 80$ check that out. also a good psu can a be a 600w evga or for overclocking and ugrading headroom a 750w evga psu fully modular, gold rating, and 10yr warranty is great this is overkill but still.

I can't think of a mobo, but here are some things:

Why do you want 250-300fps on CS GO, you realize that no monitor has a refresh rate that high so anything over 120hz is pointless.
Get a better PSU, the Corsair builder line uses crappy quality components.
You want at least a 60GB SSD even if you're only storing the OS on it.
You want to get a HDD, unless you already have one of course.

true but i dont think he has the budget for a single high end card considering he wants a 32gb ssd. this r9 270 will provide performance. the r9 270 is like a mid range card and can play like bf4 on ultra 50fps

well sorry i know you dont care but dont buy a 32gb thats 32$ down the drain. windows installation is like 20gb then it expands with updates and even without updates and your 32gb just wont be enough, neither will a 60gb either some told me his customers always complained about thier 60gb ssd filling up. 128gb(or 120gb) and up can fit games and is near the price of 60gb. Now onto your mobo if you want extreme overclocking or just absolutley great mobo the asus sabertooth mark 2 is 160$ right now, another one is the asrock fatality z97(z97x is for pretty good overclock as well but sabertooth is king for price), you can also try some msi boards aswell just make sure if thier intel its a z97 chipset for upgrading
