Please help me find the right motherboard + RAM for my needs

I'm looking for a new motherboard + RAM. The ones I have are giving me headaches so I want a fresh start. Do you have suggestions that fit the following criterias:
- LGA1366 socket (I own an i7 920 cpu)
- at least 6gb of RAM
- IF POSSIBLE: board includes wireless adapter with .AC standard
- total cost before taxes and shipping of 400$
- use: video games plus everyday stuff in Microsoft Office
Also, do you think I should go for a motherboard with a newer socket and also get a new processor? I feel like mine is doing just fine but if I'm putting 200-300$ on a board, I should getting something that will last a while.
Thoughts?
