A good water cooler system (price doesn't matter) which can fit properly inside, outside in the rear or outside in the top of the case. What I am having in mind is going 4.0GHZ+ on the 4770k and to be cooled by a liquid cooler. Right now I have an air cooler, the CM Hyper 212 EVO, but I don't know if it's a wise thing to not upgrade to liquid, that's why I am asking after all.

Your 4700k is doing 3.9 Ghz right now w/ no overclock. Your Hyper 212 will do 4.0 quite easily and depending on CPU, is quite capable of doing maybe 4.2 / 4.3 Ghz on. You will drop like 10C cooler with say a Phanteks PH-TC14-PE .

If you really wanna go to water cooling, I'd suggest a full blown open loop type system like the Swiftech

http://www.tomshardware.com/news/swiftech-h220-x-water-...

However the 912 is a teensy case... normal AIOs can't be expanded but the Swiftech allows ya to switch to longer tubes if ya wanna do an external mounting.

Best bet tho would be a custom loop but before I'd send ya there after coming of a HAF 912, I'd just get a case suitable for water cooling.

Would be much cheaper than doing a custom loop

Those above aren't out yet but these are:

If ya keep the case, start here:
