Can a GTX 750 Ti run on this PC?

Solution

I'd recommend the CX500. Perhaps even a more powerful PSU if you can afford it. Remember: A PSU running at maximum capacity is in severe danger of blowing out. It's an unfortunate fact that most PC components are sold as performing better than they actually do. Graphics Cards at maximum load produce more heat than is healthy for the component and the same is true of PSUs.

Even if your PSU is too powerful for your system it won't draw its maximum Wattage unless the components...

If I upgraded the PSU to a Corsair CX430/CX500 would the 750 Ti work with the build?

I'm pretty sure that should work.
If you are not sure you can check it using a wattage calculator.

Even if your PSU is too powerful for your system it won't draw its maximum Wattage unless the components actually demand that much. As such, a PSU that is 'overpowered' for a system can always be reused in a new build or will provide leeway for upgrades in the future.
