GPU Upgrade or CPU Upgrade?!?

I recently have a A4 Processor from AMD (like 40 dollars, I forgot the name) with an MSI fm2-a75ma-e35 motherboard and an ASUS 7770 HD 2gb edition. Is my cpu bottlenecking my graphics card? What should I upgrade first if I want better FPS in my games? As an example, I play tons of League of Legends but with that build, I get as low as 15 FPS in team fights and 30 FPS just farming. Please, any tips will help me, I'm looking to upgrade for my birthday!

Solution
What is the exact name of your processor? Your GPU should handle league of legends just finee, so there's something that isn't right, probably the CPU indeed but I have to know what CPU that is.

Sorry did not mean to mark best answer. But, I'm not quite sure the name but I know it was very cheap.

Depends on what CPU you want because there are different sockets

I don't know why this stupid thing keeps posting my reply several times. anyways, I'm not on the computer right now. I'm on my MacBook Pro.

Well, I want to use an AMD FX-4100 Quad Core 3.6 GHz with a budget board that supports that CPU and my 7770

Why not just get an FX-6300? They share the same price :)

Anyway, for a mobo I would say Asus M5A97 or if you want a cheaper one, Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P (albet sligtly worse in quality mind you)

Alright I'll probabally get both of those for my birthday. So does the i5 and FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5GHz differ when it comes to gaming? Whats the difference

i5 is better at single-threaded tasks such as gaming and the FX gpu is better at multi-threaded and multi-tasking such as renderring videos, or things that demand more cores but i5 is more costly than FX-6300 :) I guess the AMD gpus that offer more cores are more future proof

So what would the FPS differnece be in let's say BF4? with the same components except processor.

The GPU would bottleneck I think but aside that, i5 would be better off for gaming but the mobos share different sockets

The GPU would bottleneck the i5 or the FX-6300?

The fx-6300 would bottleneck the GPU. And I'm not sure about the graphics card used but here's another benchmark http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/cpu/display/fx-8350-8320-6300-4300_6.html#sect0 , which also doesn't specify the graphics card, but it should be an indicator of the difference in performance, that you'll notice mostly with higher-end cards, even though it will still be slightly noticeable with your graphics card.
